Exchanges & Returns

We want every piece you own from XtraSleek to feel right. If it doesn’t, here’s how we make it seamless.


Eligibility

  • Requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Customized or final sale items are not eligible.


Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we will replace it with the same product.

  • If a replacement is not available, we will issue store credit.

  • To verify the issue, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video showing the sealed package and product.


Refunds & Store Credit

  • Once your return is inspected and approved, we will issue either:
    – A refund to your original payment method (processing time: 8–10 business days), or
    – A store credit for future use.


Return Shipping

  • If your return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, return shipping will be complimentary.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings and pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Final sale / discounted products

  • Items not in original packaging

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Unboxing video (if applicable)
