Exchanges & Returns

We want every piece you own from Xtrasleek to feel right. If it doesn’t, here’s how we make it seamless.


Eligibility

  • Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Customized or final sale items are not eligible.

Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted under any circumstance.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we’ll replace it with the same product.
If a replacement is not available, we’ll issue store credit for the item value.

To verify the issue, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with a clear unboxing video showing the sealed package and the product.
Submissions without proof or outside the time window are automatically declined.


Refunds & Store Credit

We do not issue refunds to the original payment method under any circumstance.
All eligible returns or cancellations are processed as store credit only.
Store credit never expires and can be used toward any future purchase on xtrasleek.com.

Refunds to cards, wallets, or payment gateways are not applicable.


Prepaid Incentive & COD Handling Fee Policy

  • Prepaid Orders:
    Orders paid online (UPI, Card, or Net Banking) receive a ₹75 prepaid incentive as a payment-method reward.
    This incentive is non-refundable in case of a return, exchange, or cancellation.

  • Cash on Delivery Orders:
    COD orders include a ₹49 handling fee, which covers processing and logistics.
    This fee is non-refundable, even if the order is returned or refused.

These operational charges are automatically applied based on the payment method chosen at checkout.


Return Shipping

  • If your return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, return shipping will be complimentary.

  • For all other valid cases, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings and pierced jewelry (for hygiene reasons)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Final sale or discounted products

  • Items not in original packaging

  • Orders without unboxing proof video

Email contact@xtrasleek.com within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Unboxing video (mandatory for all claims)
