No. Our pieces are crafted from high-grade stainless steel with 18K PVD plating.
They’re waterproof, sweat-proof, and tarnish-resistant.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Yes. All pieces are hypoallergenic, nickel-safe, and lead-free.
No irritation, no green marks.

Can I wear it in the shower or gym?

Yes. Daily wear, water, and sweat don’t affect the plating.
For salt water or chlorine, rinse and pat dry.

How long does delivery take?

Orders ship in 1–2 business days and usually arrive in 4–7 business days across India via
Bluedart and
Delhivery.

Do you charge for shipping?

Prepaid orders: Free shipping
COD orders: 150 Rs. Handling Charges

What’s your return policy?

Returns/claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
All approved cases are processed as store credit (no refunds).

A continuous unboxing video is required for damage/defect claims.

Can I return earrings or items due to size issues?

No.

• Size or fit issues are not eligible, as all measurements are clearly provided.
