At Xtrasleek, every piece should feel just right.
If something isn’t perfect, we’ve made our process simple and transparent.


Eligibility

Requests can be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Items must be:

  • unused & unworn

  • in original condition and packaging

For hygiene and safety, earrings and pierced jewellery are final sale.
Customized or personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Size or fit concerns are not eligible for return, as all measurements are clearly shown in product images and descriptions.

Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery cannot be accepted.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, we’ll replace it with the same product.
If a replacement isn’t available, we’ll issue store credit for the item value.

To verify the issue, please share a clear, continuous unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened.
Videos that are edited, cut, or recorded after the package is opened cannot be accepted, as they prevent accurate validation.


Refunds & Store Credit

We do not issue refunds to the original payment method.

All approved returns or cancellations are processed as store credit:

  • issued instantly

  • never expires

  • redeemable on anything at xtrasleek.com

Refunds to cards, wallets, or payment gateways are not applicable.


Prepaid Incentive & COD Policy

Cash on Delivery Orders
COD is available for customers who prefer paying at delivery with flat Rs.150 handling charge.

These conditions apply automatically based on the payment method selected at checkout.

Return Shipping

If your return is due to a damaged or incorrect item, return shipping will be complimentary.

For all other eligible cases, return shipping costs are borne by the customer.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings / pierced jewellery (hygiene)

  • Customized or personalised items

  • Final-sale or discounted items

  • Items not in original packaging

  • Size or fit issues (all measurements provided)

  • Unboxing videos that are edited, cut, or not continuous

  • Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery


How to Request a Return

Email contact@xtrasleek.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Continuous unboxing video (for damage/defect)

Our team will respond within 24 business hours with next steps.
