• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• We dispatch Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Shipping Within India

• Delivery Time: 4–7 business days, depending on location.

• Courier Partners: We work with reliable logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery.

• Shipping Fee: Complimentary on all orders within India.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email and/or SMS.

• You may also track your order anytime through your account dashboard.

International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India. International shipping will be introduced in the near future.

Delivery Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, certain factors may occasionally cause delays, including:

Delivery Attempts

• Couriers will reattempt delivery if the first attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or unavailability.

• After repeated failed attempts, the order may be returned to us.
