At Xtrasleek, we take as much care in delivering your jewellery as we do in crafting it.
Every order is packed securely, insured in transit, and tracked end-to-end.


Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
Dispatches are made Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays.

You will receive an email + SMS with tracking details once your order ships.


Shipping Within India

Delivery Time: 4–7 business days (location dependent)
Courier Partners: Bluedart & Delhivery
Shipping Fee: Free on all prepaid orders
Cash on Delivery: Available with flat Rs.150 handling charges

Order Tracking

Once shipped, your tracking link will be shared via email/SMS.
You can also track your package anytime through your Xtrasleek account dashboard.


Delivery Delays (Rare, but Possible)

Deliveries may be slightly delayed due to:

  • weather or local disruptions

  • festive/peak-season courier load

  • remote or restricted delivery areas

If delays occur, our team will keep you updated proactively.


Delivery Attempts

Couriers usually attempt two deliveries.
If both attempts fail due to an incorrect address or recipient unavailability, the package is returned to us.

Redelivery can be arranged upon request.
Additional shipping charges may apply.


Address Changes

Address changes can be made before dispatch only.
Once shipped, the address cannot be edited — this is a courier restriction.

(Helps prevent RTO abuse and mis delivery.)


Unboxing Requirement for Damage Claims

If your package arrives damaged, please share a clear, continuous unboxing video so we can resolve the issue swiftly.
