Yes. All Xtrasleek pieces are hypoallergenic, nickel-safe, and lead-free — made for long, comfortable wear without irritation.
Can I wear it in the shower or gym?
Yes. Daily wear, water, sweat, and humidity won’t harm the metal or plating. For salt water or chlorine, just rinse and gently pat dry.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and usually delivered in 4–7 business days across India. Tracking details are shared via SMS and email once shipped.
Do you charge for shipping?
Shipping is free on prepaid orders.
What’s your return policy?
Returns or claims can be raised within 48 hours of delivery if the item is unused and in original packaging. Refunds are not issued — approved cases are processed as store credit only. A clear, continuous unboxing video is required for damage or defect claims.
Can I return earrings or if the size doesn’t fit?
For hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewellery are final sale. Size or fit issues are not eligible for return, as full measurements are provided in the product images and description.
